Return and Refund Policy

We maintain a return policy for lifetime on all of our items. For smooth return. refund or investment on your item bought you need to provide following information:

(1) The original bill at the time of purchase

(2) The item should have been bought from our store.

(3) It should have the 925 silver mark.

(4)After successful matching of all items we check for the damage, usage and weight of the product and match it with detail at the time of purchase and then the refund is generated.
